Sales and Return Conditions
Placing an order implies acceptance of the offered price and the general terms and conditions of sale in force at that specific moment. Once the order is formalized, the purchase is considered legally perfected, with all the legal guarantees protecting the consumer. From that moment on, the prices and conditions become contractual and cannot be modified without the express agreement of both parties. The electronic document formalizing the order will be archived and the user will have access to it in the SolidSoft Payment System area.
In accordance with current legislation, products can be returned for any reason within 14 calendar days from the date the customer receives the goods. The following conditions must be met:
- The SolidSoft shower tray and its components must be returned in their original packaging and conditions, in perfect condition and protected. Otherwise, Solid Soft Tray S.L. reserves the right to refuse the return.
- Once the decision to return the product is communicated, you will receive instructions in your email to send it to our facilities. You must send the goods without any delay, within a maximum of 7 days from when you communicate your wish to exercise the right.
- The transportation costs associated with the return will be borne by you. You are free to choose and find the transport company that best suits your needs or offers more competitive rates.
- Once the goods are received and verified to be in perfect condition, the refund will be processed. We will refund the payment made through the SolidSoft Payment System, excluding the delivery cost. This refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the decision to return. If the goods have not been received, we may withhold the refund.

Through this Privacy Policy, the owner of the website, Solid Soft Tray, S.L., informs users about the processing and uses to which their personal data collected on the website are subjected, so that they may decide, freely and voluntarily, whether to provide the requested information.
